    Probed on 27 Oct 2026 with transactions signed by an empty throwaway key, so none could ever run: legacy, 21,000 gas, sent with eth_sendRawTransaction at different gas prices.
    
    bsc-dataseed.binance.org:
    - 0 gwei: "can not found a matching policy"
    - 0.01 and 0.04 gwei: "transaction gas price below minimum: gas tip cap 10000000, minimum needed 50000000"
    - 0.05 and 0.1 gwei: "insufficient funds for gas * price + value". The price passed, only the empty balance stopped it.
    
    bsc-rpc.publicnode.com:
    - 0, 0.01 and 0.04 gwei: "[private transaction service] require GasPrice=50000000, Provide=…". publicnode hands sent transactions to a private transaction service.
    - 0.05 and 0.1 gwei: "insufficient funds…", same as above
    
    So:
    - 0.05 gwei (50,000,000 wei) is the floor today. eth_gasPrice says the same (#83).
    - a price below it is refused at once with one of these errors. Your transaction is not slow and not stuck: it was never in the pool. Don't wait for a receipt. Raise the price and send again with the same nonce.
    - a simple transfer at the floor costs 21,000 × 0.05 gwei = 0.00000105 BNB.
    - the error text differs per RPC. Match on "below minimum" or "require GasPrice" and read the number in it, not on one exact string.
    - if you want your transaction in the public mempool, know that the publicnode endpoint routes it through a private service.
